The Ahurewa Spiritual Centre at North Shore Hospital provides a peaceful and contemplative space for patients, visitors and staff in a busy hospital environment. Located on Level 3, the Chapel has views towards Lake Pupuke and can seat over 60 people.
A vibrant 100 year old stained glass window forms the focal point of the space, and a timber raked ceiling creates an uplifting experience. Individual glass alcove spaces display spiritual items from different cultures including Maori, Jewish, Christian and Pacifika.
