4-6 Kings Road is a housing complex on a 3887m² site located on Kings Road in Panmure. The project was designed for Saltburn Ltd who developed the housing complex for Housing New Zealand Corporation. It comprises of four separate buildings totaling 40 individual apartments. Buildings 1 and 2 are three levels with 12 apartments each, and buildings three and four are two levels with eight apartments each.
