Felicity Tapper

Alongside her many talents, Felicity’s firsthand clinical experience delivers valuable insight to the Klein design process. Drawing on over 10 years as a hospital physiotherapist and manager, her knowledge of the NZ health system has informed some of our biggest projects.

Joining Klein initially as Clinical Advisor in 2008, Felicity has, over the past decade, contributed a depth of clinical understanding to our team bringing her experience as Clinical Project Manager, Change Manager and Operational Service Manager – a repertoire that assists greatly with gaining an understanding of client needs.

Felicity is an integral part of the design team, particularly in the early and business case phases where briefing, clinical services planning, listening and interpretation are key.

She supports clients with the development of clinical services planning requirements, challenging and testing briefing, preparing schedules of accommodation and writing of functional briefs. She also provides ongoing evaluation of the design as a project develops, providing benchmarking and research to support design initiatives and a practised clinical eye when assessing critical adjacencies and flows.
