Joe is a Senior Architectural Technician at Klein with 30 years industry experience. He manages the architectural documentation package on a project and is a key point of contact with all team members and stakeholders. This involves liaising with local authorities for building consent, with consultants in the coordination of design, with clients, and with main contractors in an onsite project management capacity to conduct quality inspections and resolve queries.

Bringing a wealth of industry knowledge, he is well placed to lead by example, and he regularly mentors junior staff - and team members from other projects - in construction methods and details. His areas of focus for Klein include façade design, aged care, mental and general healthcare, site management (architectural) and building re-clads.
