Karen Webster

Karen is an Associate Director at Klein and is responsible for people, finance and culture. With a tenure of almost 23 years, she is one of the longest serving Klein team members and has seen Klein grow to what it is today. Karen has often been described as ‘the glue that holds the company together’ and does a fantastic job of keeping the team organised as well as helping to plan and coordinate all of the fun extra-curricular activities that are part of the Klein culture. She also leads our accounts and finance and is responsible for ensuring invoices are accurate and issued on time. 

Karen is a meticulously organised person and does a fantastic job of keeping the office running. This extends to her role in Human Resources as well. Karen keeps a close eye on the wellbeing of our team and making herself available for anyone who may need support. She also helps with the hiring and induction process for our new team members.
