Nadia Whitehead

Nadia is the Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Klein. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a building surveyor for two years, gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry. This role allowed her to develop expertise in snagging, construction observations, weather-tightness remediation, and assisting with design drawings, which honed her ability to solve building challenges and implement effective solutions.

During her time as a building surveyor, Nadia strengthened her consulting and collaboration skills, working closely with clients and stakeholders. She also refined her organisational and time management abilities, becoming proficient in tools like InDesign and Adobe Photoshop while thriving in high-pressure environments.

Earlier in her career, Nadia worked part-time in administration while completing her bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Future Environments. This blend of academic and practical experience set a strong foundation for her transition into administrative and operational roles. At Klein, she has progressively taken on more responsibilities, managing key administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and serving as an executive assistant. Nadia is dedicated to continuing her growth within the company while contributing to the team's success.
