Roxanne Kirkpatrick

As a Project Architect at Klein, Roxanne handles every stage of a project, from inception through construction to practical completion. She is involved in masterplanning and concept design, and liaises with clients, consultants and contractors answering site queries and checking on construction process and quality. Roxanne has worked as project lead on the Ormiston Hospital expansion, and assisted with the Adult Acute Mental Health Inpatient Facility at Waikato Hospital.

Before joining Klein in 2022, Roxanne worked across the education, community and commercial sectors.

She has become an expert in biophilic design, improving people's well-being and health through design that unites people, culture and sustainability.

She explores biophilic principles in response to a brief that will support the project goals and vision, for the ultimate benefit of clients and end users.

An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, Roxanne has the ability to nurture and develop teamwork, and to build lasting relationships with contractors and clients. Her experience in site observation and administration gives her a firm foundation in problem-solving and providing coordinated solutions.
