Steven Hayes

Prior to joining the company in 2020, Steven contracted to Klein in an I.T. capacity and oversaw the rollout of the practice management system; Total Synergy. Through this partnership, Klein and Steven saw an opportunity to further develop the organisations digital transformation strategy, ensuring that Klein remains digitally competitive. 

Since joining Klein, Steven has continued to learn more about the business and the architectural process and has progressively shifted into an operational role in additional to leading the digital strategy. Steven now plays an active part in preparing fee letters, reviewing agreements and planning the resourcing strategy for each project.

Steven has taken on the responsibility of Health & Safety at Klein and is responsible for Klein's pre-qualification with Tōtika as well as working toward becoming ISO 45002:2023 compliant.

Steven relocated in 2022 and is now based in the Christchurch office.
