As a Senior Healthcare Specialist with 14 years' experience, Wendy works on health planning, user group consultation, services coordination, and documentation. She liaises with Te Whatu Ora and private healthcare project managers, as well as diverse hospital users, from doctors and nurses to security and orderly representatives. She has particular expertise in radiology facilities, having worked for Waitākere Hospital, North Shore Hospital and Manukau Super Clinic

Wendy has a passion for healthcare design that makes a positive impact on patients and staff, and believes that the best building designs result from strong teamwork and close collaboration with the client. She spends time with clients at their facilities, engaging every possible user, from physicians and admin staff to patients and family members, in the consensus-building process. The end goal is a solution that meets the community's needs and national benchmarks while embracing new technologies and future trends.
